April 1, 2012
Each applicant must completely fill out the enclosed form and include one letter of reference. Also, each applicant must submit an essay answering the following questions:
1) If awarded money, how will it relate to your music goal?
2) How much money are you requesting to accomplish this goal?
3) What do you hope to accomplish with your musical talent in the future?
4) What sets you apart, in your opinion, to be considered for this scholarship?
